Daniel and the entire organization are awesome. Responsive, kind, prompt. Daniel takes time to explain the issues in layman’s terms so that I can actually understand what he is doing!
Daniel did an amazing job helping me with a leaking bathtub. He was patient, thorough, and fixed my issue. The office staff was prompt and friendly, my appointment was scheduled for the same afternoon, and the price was good.
Ken from Mr. Rooter did another amazing job. He is extremely knowledgeable, fast and explains what he is doing. This time was to fix the hot water heater. Prices are fair and assessments are honest. They do not try to build in extra fees or suggest fixing things that aren’t necessary. He provided suggestions on how I can do a little maintenance on my own to prevent larger problems in the future. I trust Ken and Mr. Rooter and will continue to use them and recommend them to others. It is so nice to have someone you can count on time and again! Thank you! ??
