Such a great experience! I called to have gutter downspouts installed on a new construction building, and from the very first call, the service was excellent. A very pleasant woman answered the phone, took my information, and had someone out the very next day for a site visit. I received a proposal that same day, and they were able to schedule the work right away. The service was amazing, the pricing was very fair, and the whole process was smooth and professional. I would highly recommend them!
CHRIS AND HIS SON WERE ON TIME, HAD A PLAN OF ACTION APPROVED BY US AND SCOTT AT TIME OF ESTIMATE. THEY PROVIDED GREAT INFORMATION AND FINISHED THE JOB IN A TIMELY FASHION. THEY SHOWED US WHAT HAD BEEN DONE AND THANKED US FOR OUR BUSINESS. GREAT GUYS, GREAT COMPANY.
Dovetail was easy to work with right out the gate! One phone call, one estimate approval, one appointment. Done. The technician was friendly and on time. Everything was completed as specified. Downtown Bozeman can be a challenging environment to work in, Dovetail handled it all very professionally. As a contractor and homeowner, I will continue to work with them for all future projects.
