Campbell's customer service was absolutely 10/10—they truly saved the day! After a botched furnace installation by Rocky Mountain Heating and Cooling left me in a bind, Campbell's came through big time. I called them, and they were able to send someone out the very same day. Their tech, Chris, was incredible. He spotted over a dozen issues with the install, explained everything clearly, and fixed every single one without any hassle or upselling. Thanks to their fast, honest, and thorough work, they've definitely earned a customer for life!
Customer service exceeded my expectations and that is not easy. My career was in plumbing & HVAC so I have some knowledge of the industry, Campbells are pros! They have my highest recommendation.
We found a leak in our basement the day before we were leaving our home for an extended trip. Campbells had someone there the next morning and our system was fixed within hours so we could travel with peace of mind. Highly recommend!!!
