The folks at Campbell's have been wonderful to work with for the past 19 years. When the guys have come to our home, they have been professional and courteous, and at the same time just simply friendly as they explained the complicated workings of my furnace to my simple non-technical brain. But a thing that really impresses me is that when I go into company headquarters to pick up furnace filters every year or two, the office staff treats me with as much enthusiasm and respect as they do the contractors and big ticket customers in the office area. I recommend Campbell's without reservation.
We found a leak in our basement the day before we were leaving our home for an extended trip. Campbells had someone there the next morning and our system was fixed within hours so we could travel with peace of mind. Highly recommend!!!
The pressure reducer valve for our water failed, leaving us with no running water. Campbells' came out the same day to replace the valve and our water was back on by the time we came home from work. I'm just grateful we didn't have to go without a shower! Very timely, professional, and compassionate service. Thank you!
