Sam & Sara did a wonderful job in only 2 weeks with my Golden, Butter. While he was already well-behaved, his leash manners were terrible and his voice commands were becoming all too selective. My greatest fear in sending Butter to "camp" was that he may lose his free spirit. I was also concerned about him having to wear a special collar. After 2 weeks, he was incredibly responsive to all commands, no leash necessary (not even in Ace Hardware, his greatest distraction). The best part, he still has his free spirit and proudly wears his special collar on the daily. I am thrilled with such a positive shift in his skills in a short amount of time! Highly recommend!
Lucy & Ethel want to extend their most sincere thank you to “Uncle Scott” (as he is now called in our house) We sent our 2 golden retrievers to Big Sky k9 as we were in need of some additional manners as well as a few behavior modifications. Lucy was a severe leash puller when encountering new people or things. Ethel was quite unsure of new people and would bark and pull. Being away from them for 2 weeks was quite hard, but Scott sent updates and videos every day. We were able to see progress and knew they were well cared for. We are so impressed with Big Sky K9’s expertise and training method. We appreciate their ability to identify our dog’ s insecurities and intelligence. I liked their variety of training sites like Murdock’s, Lowe’s and other venues that included traffic and high intensity situations. Badger was given the opportunity to think through and process what she learned. She was praised extensively for her achievements both small and large. I highly recommend Big Sky k9 to anyone who wants positive results for a furry family member who needs some quality training not only for their dog but for them too!
