Put a hole in a water line hanging something on my kitchen wall. Completely flooded kitchen. Called and had someone here in 10 minutes on a Sunday evening. Had it fixed in less than 15 minutes after arrival. Definitely will be my go to plumber. Wonderful service!

I asked for a quote for the installation of a sink. The rep looked at the work to be done, prepared a quote, then charged me $70 for just looking to see if it was possible. I called the office to complain and receptionist hung up when I said I never agreed to it. Avoid this company, less than ethical behavior. Certainly a "dispatch fee" might be reasonable for a repair, but it should be 1) up front and clearly stated and 2) not charged when determining if the work can be done.
