I started a sleeve with Mel yesterday. I can not say enough good things about her. She took my ideas and made them so much better than I had imagined. She is professional and great to have work on you. Very laid back, and your comfort is important to her.
The shop itself is clean and welcoming! It has a really friendly and chill feel.

Recent one done by Mel and I couldnt be more happy with how it turned out. This was such a personal piece for me and I wouldn’t have had anyone else do it. Every time Ive walked out, I’ve had zero complaints. They always turn out better than the pictures, my husband and I will not go to another shop.

Mel at 1881 Tattoo is absolutely amazing. She did four of my tattoos in one sitting in about 4.5 hours, and the entire experience was incredible from start to finish. I loved every single tattoo she did. She was so helpful with sizing and placement, making sure everything looked and felt perfect before we started.
Mel is uplifting, kind, and incredibly understanding, which made the whole process comfortable and enjoyable. My tattoo for my grandmother is absolutely beautiful and means so much to me . she truly captured it perfectly.
