I placed a 500.00 deposit on a vehicle. When the vehicle arrived it was not what I wanted. They said they had the one I wanted enroute. Then the price went up 2000 and offered me wholesale price for my 2023 loaded 4 wheel drive Silverado trail boss, because it has 19000 miles on it. Not to mention the repeated lies. Now they refuse to give my 500 deposit back. STAY AWAY SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AT A TRUST WORTHY DEALERSHIP!

Reluctantly leaving 2 stars. A little late to writing this review, but better late than never. It will be a bit long if you care to read because the details matter. I kept everything written down in a word document during all of this process, so it is all factual and dates are exact. The vehicle is a 2018 Ford Mustang. (Also not sure if it matters, but I am a 24 year old woman.) Summary - I bought my car in July, it was in and out of a shop for 4 months, stayed at shop for extended time (6 weeks) - Star manager never called back.I had just bought my car on July 8th, 2022 from Star Chevrolet. I was at the end of my rope with car shopping and ended up finding a car online at Star Chevrolet. From my first phone call til the last piece of paperwork, the team at Star Chevrolet made my car buying experience the best I've ever had. Everyone was very friendly and answered all of my questions. I never ever felt pressured to purchase and I feel like I got a fair price on my vehicle. I absolutely love my new car and will definitely use them again in the future!
