Called because my outside unit wasn't running but the blower was. Within an hour they had a technician on the way to my house and within 30 minutes they had it diagnosed and fixed. The technician made sure to text me, because I was at work, what was wrong, how he fixed it, and if I encountered anymore problems to let him know.
