The staff is generally polite and helpful, although some may have varying levels of customer service. They ensure patients understand their options and are honest about frame and lens choices, making for a positive experience.
I was an emergency walk-in and they got me right in and I appreciated that so much. I saw Doctor McElroy and she was absolutely wonderful and walked me through everything that was going on and she referred me to a Retina Specialist. Everyone was so knowledgeable and professional and very, very kind and I appreciate that so much.
Dr. Justin was extraordinary. I had just had surgery a few days before my appointment and couldn't reschedule for personal reason. He worked quickly and got me out. He was very professional.
The receptionist was very nice, polite, & professional. The biller was a little rude. My flexible spending car was inactive when they attempted to process it so I asked if I could call them and pay on my way out. She said NO you have to pay before you go back. As an established patient with no balance and only a $10 copay, it shouldn’t been a problem.
