The receptionist was very nice, polite, & professional. The biller was a little rude. My flexible spending car was inactive when they attempted to process it so I asked if I could call them and pay on my way out. She said NO you have to pay before you go back. As an established patient with no balance and only a $10 copay, it shouldn’t been a problem.

The Waynesboro office of Eye Care Associates Customer service was above and beyond great. They made sure you understood everything before leaving. The lady that helped you decide on the glasses was polite professional and honest. She did not try and push you to buy the most expensive frames or choices of lenses extras.

The lady employee that helped me was very patient with me and she helped me pick out the perfect frames for me ☺️ I would recommend Eye Care Associates to any family member or friend ☺️
