Always clean, friendly staff, lots of exercise equipment, I'm a 72 yo senior, had been with PF for about 20 years, in other cities/ states, and it's always good.

They are currently mismanaged and have no customer service.I have struggled with health issues and have not been in this gym since June. I thought I canceled my membership but apparently didn’t as I received a large deduction from my account. It was 6 moths worth of payments .I was very confused and upset that on Christmas Eve this happened. I tried to speak to someone and straighten it out. I was basically told they can’t do anything. Which I know is not true because previous manager helped me when my health slipped in the past.That manager is the reason I returned. However, now the manager doesn’t have that. She is rude and has no empathy. She made the comment to me ,” doesn’t matter if you ain’t come in months and you say you cancelled no paperwork so you financially responsible “. Now I wanted to come back when I was healthy again as I have done in past . However, now with that staff I will not. I filed all my paperwork and left mad and humiliated. Then I wake up two days later after I have “my paperwork” to them billing me for another month. I call and am told again nothing they can do. So I guess I am supposed to just accept them non stop billing me for something I don’t use. I know I am just a number but I believe this is not how planet fitness supposed to work. I do not recommend trusting this branch with your banking information.

Planet Fitness has been a great experience for me. The people here are really nice, and the atmosphere is welcoming. No one judges you no matter what level you’re at, so you can work out freely without any pressure. It’s a comfortable place to focus on yourself and your fitness goals. Definitely recommend it if you want a stress-free gym.

My daughter and I go often to do the 30-minute workout followed by the Hydro Bed for 10 minutes. Refreshing and fells like I have had a good workout!

Great place to workout! I work out at this location with my nephew. He is disabled and relies on a wheelchair for mobility. The staff go out of their way to help him if he has any issues but more importantly they treat him with respect and dignity. All areas at this location are wheelchair accessible.
