The process at the United Cleaners kiosks was really neat. The simple and easy to understand directions made my transaction very smooth. Since I’m closer to the kiosk than the actual cleaners store, I’ll definitely be using the kiosk going forward. I got my clothes and sign for them to have heavy starch I got them back and they were soft to the touch and susceptible to getting wrinkled especially the shirts, I’m big on creases being in the shirts on the sleeves there were no crease in a few of the shirts the pants were creased soft to the touch I prefer firmer texture but possibly best for the material one of the shirts had a prior stain and still present after I picked it up but overall clothes were fresh to the touch just not firm and spotless as I wanted. Overall easy if needed and provided help for accessible transactions.
The United Cleaners kiosk is a great improvement for all of your dry cleaning needs. A simple input of your name, telephone number, email, and dry cleaner bag number is all one needs to do. You will be in and out in no time! If you are unsure as to what to do; just push the doorbell and someone will guide you through the quick and easy process. The good thing is you pay when you pickup; this process is even quicker; just input your name and number into the kiosk; pay with card, and wait until your dry cleaning number comes around to the door slot.
