My husband and I have very vague direction and told her to have fun with our bouquets for our wedding and she absolutely nailed it! We went to her for our senior prom as well and have loved Ms. Tina ever since!!

Today we ordered flowers for our elderly mother whose birthday is today and happens to be in the hospital. Being out of town, we could not pick up the flowers in person so we had them delivered to the hospital. We went on Tina’s Florist website to pick out what would work. We trusted that a local florist would be honorable to provide high-quality flowers for the price we paid. That was our first mistake!
The first picture is what we thought we were getting. The second picture is what was delivered.
Our second mistake was trusting that they would be respectful enough to know when a customer is not satisfied. We called Tina back to complain about the excessive amount of cheap filler babies breath, which is basically a weed and the lack of actual flowers. She didn’t even offer any respect for our concerns. No offer of a discount or an apology or anything. Her response was well scripted, which means that Complaints must happen pretty often. Her response was down to perfection; all she said was ‘do you want me to go get them?’ What an insult! We will never use this florist again! Kroger’s can deliver prettier flowers than this!

It’s not always easy to order flowers over the phone from out of town. However, I must say, Tena did a fabulous job for me. The customer service I received was excellent! She listened to all of my requests and the arrangement was absolute perfection! A real show stopper!!Thanks so much!

I live in Texas and my mom in Vicksburg is in the hospital. I ordered (for the first time) from Tina's Florist as she is close to River Region and I wanted it to be delivered. I cannot tell you how beautiful and perfect the arrangement was. I will order from Tina's from now on when I need a florist in vburg. She went a above and beyond what I expected. Karen
