Called 11/27/23, spoke with Mr Jackson, told him what my problem was, he advised me that as well as being an Electrician he was also a Consultant. He advised me to call Entergy, advise them what my problem was because it's something that they need to take care of. Mr Jackson was correct. Entergy came out and found that a squirrel had chewed the ground wire. Thanks Mr. Jackson.

Jackson Electric does high quality work for an honest and reasonable price. They are responsive and keep all commitments. Mr. Jackson also helps me screen contractors for other work at my house by knowing which ones do the highest quality work. He has done several projects at my house and I trust him completely after working with him on those. Great experience!
