06/23/2002 - UPDATED!!!! - As you can see below, the owner John responded to my review. I called their office and got an immediate answer and spoke with the most pleasant individual. She reiterated what John had noted below and took down the details of the work we need done. She advised they will follow-up shortly on this. After this conversation, my confidence level is high and I look forward to working with these guys. They arrived on time, worked hard and they were very knowledgeable and personable. They fixed my guest bathroom toilet and I’m about to have them fix my master bathroom toilet!
