“06/23/2002 - UPDATED!!!! - As you can see below, the owner John responded to my review. I called their office and got an immediate answer and spoke with the most pleasant individual. She reiterated what John had noted below and took down the details of the work we need done. She advised they will follow-up shortly on this. After this conversation, my confidence level is high and I look forward to working with these guys. I'll do a final update when all the dust settles!06/11/2022 - I don't like to diss a business but in this instance, I feel like my concerns are legit. I've contacted them several times via their "contact us" link on their website. No response. I then called them at the first of this week during business hours. No answer. I left a message. No response. Not sure if the company is still in business, but if they are, then it would seem good luck getting in touch with them.“

They made a thermal fuse replacement to my Noritz tankless water heater. I ask them to check to see if the previous install was in code. I had concerns about how that had been done. They will correct these for me. I highly recommend this company and David White for any plumbing needs you have. I’m highly confident in their work.If dealing with a Christian that loves Jesus to the point it affects his work ethic, look no further.
