Martinizing Dry Cleaning

I took my blazer there in September 2025, to be altered and cleaned for my mom’s birthday celebration. I went to pick it up and was told they could not find it. I received a call on today, January 16, 2026, informing me that they found my blazer. Before today there had been zero contact from them. I was told that they are now under new management and that they were going to charge me full price. I was very discouraged and disappointed in the decision made. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because the manager called me back as promised, within a very reasonable amount of time, and she seemed remorseful.

I have tried different dry cleanres around Saltillo and Tupelo and have found Martinizing the be most professional and reliable! I am so glad to have a hometown dry cleaner I can count on! I would reccommend this company to all my friends and family.

Debbie the alterations seamstress was a life saver this past week! The best man's tux pants were 3 inches too short and the rental place wouldn't help. We were frantic. She put through a rush job and let the hems out the day before the wedding! The pants fit like a dream and he looked great! Thanks Debbie!
