Craig Farris provided exceptional service today. We’ve had an issue with an upstairs thermostat for several years now, and through some out-of-the-box thinking, it appears that Craig was finally able to diagnose the issue. We would like to specifically request Craig for all future maintenance visits.
I called M&M Heating and Cooling on 7-3-19 and they came out the same Evening and Grey was very friendly and knowledgeable and professional and about my repair needs and got my air conditioning up and running very quickly i would highly recommend M & M Heating & Cooling for any of your heating and cooling needs anytime of the year
Technician very knowledgeable was patient answered my questions was on time and I would absolutely use them again and to the lady answered the phone wonderful thank you for being patient with me
