The one answering the phones (Shasity?) was so responsive and get me up to date with when the technician was going to arrive. She was also very friendly and professional. The technician arrived (TJ). He was responsive, professional and did quality work! Got the problem resolved in a timely manner! I really appreciated him taking the time to explain things to me as well!Price of the repair was a fair price. Overall excellent company for my first experience, and I plan to keep using them if I need and HVAC work!Service: Heating system repair

I have tried finding a good HVAC company. I have tried at least 4 other companies before Loar. I have to say they have been very punctual and knowledgeable in all they have done for me. The technician was awesome kept me in tune on everything that was going on and explained it in detail so I'd understand what was going on. Did an amazing job.
