Always a hidden fee. They tell me it's going to be this set amount then when I go to pay they add in extra fees. This wasn't the first time this has happened. I talked to the technician with dark brown short hair. Extremely Rude. Told me that if I wanted to talk to a Dr. about the extra charge she would charge me to talk to the Dr as well. UPDATE : Instead of taking care of my dog with the rest of his treatments they told me to come pick up his medications. They didn't like knowing they did wrong and have no intentions of fixing the problem . Just thought I would let everyone know. Amazing! Above and beyond!! The staff and especially dr. Katie Miller were there for us 24/7 and went above and beyond helping our baby who has a few chronic conditions that need close managing. And they listened to what we wanted and needed and helped create a plan of care specific to our needs and how we wanted to handle things.

Dr. Miller and her staff are compassionate, patient, and helpful. They've taken excellent care of my dog (and me when the situation warranted). I'm grateful for their skill and professionalism. I very much recommend them
