Boarded 4 dogs for a week. The bill was significantly more than expected due to them finding extras to tag on and charging more for services than quoted. 3 dogs came home sick and the other with fleas. Will not use them again.
***update: all dogs who stayed became sick and then spread it to the one who didn't stay. Boarding and the vet bills from the aftermath has cost me more than the actual vacation.

Had an appointment to have a rabies shot for my dog. They insisted I give them my social security number or drivers license number. I refused. They said they needed it to process a payment. This, of course, was a lie. When I again refused, they said it was their policy and would not see my dog without my SSN OR DL. They lost my business and all future business because of this issue.

I lost my pitbull named pig today and as sad as I am I am very thankful for the wonderful ladies at this clinic. I was never rushed they talked to me about everything and were very calming and comforting. Thank you for making such a hard time alittle easier.

I just moved to Tupelo at the beginning of last month for a new job with my girl, Daisy. She's a 9-year-old chihuahua who I am fiercely protective of. We had Daisy spayed back home in PA and she coded, twice. The vets there said it was from a complication due to the anesthesia. I brought her in here for a regular visit and they suggested a dental cleaning and extractions as some of her teeth were in bad shape. I told them about my experience before putting the dog under, and the tech could not have been any more compassionate, understanding, and thorough with me about my concerns. She just went in today and I got a call as soon as she was done that she did great and there were no complications at all. There are so few words for the comfort that gave me. I would highly recommend you bring your fur baby/babies here if you're looking for a new vet. Thank you to each and every one of you that looked after my girl today. ?
