I called and they fit me in on the same day for crochet braids. First of all, when I called, the lady I spoke with was very pleasant, polite and professional. Secondly when I arrived I was met with a very kind greeting and was able to sit in the chair immediately eventhough I was a few minutes early. Next the lady who started on my hair actually asked how I wanted it done - again, very politely. Another braider took over after a while - she was very professional as well. This experience was 10/10! The young lady fit my appt. In last minute, They were very thorough in asking in the style and size braids I wanted even asking for picture reference to make sure we were on the same page with expectations. She also didn't braid too tight and went easy on my edges because i have alopecia. Atmosphere was cool, safe and honestly a vibe. I love my hair down the lady did a wonderful job and I will be back next time I get some braids. I hate i didn't get her name.
I really like my braids Mrs Coco and the owner they were very nice my braids are beautiful I had so many compliments thanks you guys for all your hard work I know where to come too when I need just braid. Thank you so much God bless you
