Tried for days to get a refill on my emergency rescue inhaler. Originally I asked for a refill on my daily asthma preventative and my emergency inhaler (which is objectively vastly more important than the preventative) they refilled the preventative but not the thing that would keep me out of the hospital should something happen. On the 4th day of trying to get a refill, Dr. Brandon calls me personally with an attitude saying that I should go the the ER for my prescription... The family clinic should just go ahead and shut down. They are always short staffed. The staff never have answered to questions. If there’s a serious matter you might as well go to the er because your appointment will still be weeks out. They tell you a nurse will call you back with answers and it takes days to hear back. This is getting ridiculous.
