I seldom write reviews, but Starkville Detail's outstanding service motivated me to do so. Last week, I took a family member's automobile for a car wash and interior detail. The car was in desperate need of cleaning (e.g., pet hair everywhere, food remnants, dirt, soda stains, etc.).
My expectation was that—at the very least—the first layer of dirt, hair, and grime will be removed—not to mention the smell. The proprietor of Starkville Detail inspired confidence right from the initial telephone conversation through pickup. The automobile—inside and out—was spotless. It was clean beyond belief and the price was reasonable.
I recently had the pleasure of visiting Starkville Details and was thoroughly impressed by the experience. From the moment I walked in, the shop owner greeted me with a warm and friendly demeanor, making me feel instantly welcomed. The level of professional service provided was outstanding; the staff took the time to understand my needs and delivered exceptional results.
