By far, this was the best experience I have ever had at Walmart. I had the pleasure of working with Deborah Jennings, who was exceptionally professional, highly knowledgeable about Meta glasses, and remarkably attentive to every customer—even while assisting others simultaneously.
It is rare to encounter someone who genuinely enjoys their work and consistently goes above and beyond to ensure an outstanding customer experience. Ms. Jennings exceeded all expectations and made my visit truly exceptional. I only wish I had encountered her sooner in my years of shopping for eyewear.

Had an eye exam with Dr Dowdy who was great & purchased the Meta glasses with my prescription with the vision center. Everybody was cool, patient, & knowledgeable. Reginald promptly greeted me, made sure I got set up right, & stayed available through the set up process. Real cool. Deborah doubled down on that information as a great manager should do. I wish I knew the other lady (maybe Tasha) who helped me on 9/13 around 2pm with the Meta Glasses but she was mega great too.
I will be recommending you all to everyone I know. I appreciate this center

This is hands down THE BEST, let me say it again, THE BEST vision center I’ve been too. I found my new optometrist. The care is beyond exceptional. First let me start with eye doctor Dr Dowdy. She was very attentive. Answered every question I had, no rush. She explained things well. She was patient and kind. No complaints. Now, let me tell you about the side where you go and get your glasses. Mrs Deborah is my favorite. This lady has soooo much patience. lol no joke. I must’ve tried on about 40 pair of frames. I’m sorry Mrs Deborah, I’m very indecisive. ?? But with all of my shenanigans, she remained professional, calm, engaging, she nevertheless got impatient... read full review
