My visit with Deborah Verucchi was amazing. She has great bedside manner. She was gentle and helped me to feel at ease during my procedure. Her and the other nurse assisting her took great care of me. She listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.

I’ve been here twice now, and saw Lana the first time and Deborah the next. They were both FANTASTIC. I absolutely despise going to any type of medical facility as a patient, but these ladies were incredibly comforting and gentle and made me feel as at ease as I could’ve. I’d see them again and again!

I had a very frustrating experience at this clinic due to poor organization and communication. Despite having a confirmed appointment (reflected in their app and even receiving a text reminder), I was told upon arrival that there was no appointment scheduled for me that day. On multiple occasions, I showed up for an appointment only to be turned away because I wasn’t informed ahead of time that I needed to meet certain requirements prior to appointments. This kind of miscommunication between the receptionist and nurse practitioner creates unnecessary stress and inconvenience for patients. I hope the clinic improves its scheduling system and internal communication to better serve those who rely on their care.
