Could not get my shoes back in a timely manner so I didn't leave them. There was a lot of items on the shelves and it looked like ppl were not coming back to claim their belongings. I don't know what that was about, unless he was over charging for people to pick them up. I've never seen that many items on their shelves before today. And while I was there someone called and gave her ticket number to see if her purse was ready and was told she would get a call back after he looked for it. That wasn't good but I guess he didn't want to keep me waiting. Not sure if that was the proper way to handle that. But I THINK I will continue to do business there.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM for shoe repairs! I ended up carrying my shoes to another place for repairs. Southaven owner tore the sole almost completely off of one of my shoes. All it needed was a little glue at the front of the shoe. He pulled the sole so far back that he actually did more extensive damage, even after I asked him to stop and I told him he was making it worse. Instead, he tore it half way off. So I guess he thought doing more damage would automatically make me leave them... but I refused and got my shoes and left!!

I'm not sure if they're still in business there or not and I won't go there if they are!

I had a great experience!. I took my boots to have the heels repaired. For a minute they couldn't find my boots it was a month ago when I dropped them off although I was told they would be ready in a week. I was getting nervous about to panic but the owner was so nice and very patient and understanding. Good customer service. He did an amazing job at a reasonable price! Thank you so much!

I just had an awesome experience today! I needed top heels and all other cobblers told me it would be a month. I called Southaven Shoe Repair and told him what I needed, and what the other cobblers told me time wise. He said he would have to see the shoes, but it would not take a month. When he saw the shoe, he asked when did I need them? I said next Thursday. He said he would be closed all next week due to family emergency. I told him I could understand. He fixed my shoes on the spot as I waited. I was so thankful! I tipped him, left him with 4 pairs of shoes to fix and all of them will be ready in 2 weeks! Thank you for your customer service!

Very unorganized and slow. Needed an extra 2 weeks past the promised date on 2 pairs of shoes. Will not go back

I have my boots polished once a week for work. This business has my boots gleaming. Very responsible priced. The husband and wife could not be any nicer. You have my business.

They are not open! I'm in front of the store now looking for another shoe repair store!

Service was immediate & while I waited! Needed heels repaired. In & out in 10 minutes & the price was fair & reasonable!
