We had to visit this place unexpectedly last Thursday morning. We didn’t have an appointment and I was dreading going. My dread was unfounded & I have nothing but pleasant things to say about this business. We had the dr order so we didn’t need an appointment. Everyone was extremely helpful and the person who actually did the X-rays did a phenomenal job with my client. She didn’t have to take her necklace off nor get out of her wheelchair. He was creative in his process to position the client so he could capture the images he needed. First visit today and was very nervous. Pre-registration was horrible. The lady was sooo rude. The actual center employees were actually very welcoming. The lady at the front checked me in and took payment. Once l was in the back, the lady (l think Christy) explained the scan in which calmed my nerves. Great customer service.
The staff was nice. Yet I got my results and tried to call the lady who did my scan back and couldn't get a hold of her. Was on hold for Who knows how long trying to just tell them more symptoms. Please slow down when you're speaking because I couldn't catch the lady's name at all.
