I visited the office today with my mother, and I was concerned about the cleanliness of the business. When we were first examined by the front desk associate, she didn't wipe down any of the equipment. We brushed past this, and we decided to continue our visit. A nice White-American couple came out from their visit with Ms. Ambrosino, and they chatted before we were told to come in. After our visit, Ms. Ambrosino asked her front desk associate to wipe down the room. This is when I immediately recalled that she never asked the associate to clean the room or attempt to do it herself before using her equipment on us. Dr. Ambrosino is the greatest optometrist. The office is located at the Sam's Club in Southaven.
