The salon inside the store is also highly recommended, with skilled stylists like Ms. Anne who provide top-notch services, such as silk presses. Overall, JCPenney Salon is a great destination for all your shopping and beauty needs.
I am going to say that this is the location you should go to if your regular one doesn't have your size. You can't always trust the online quantity. This store had merchandise a lot of JCP locations didn't have.
Jeanette in the jewelry department is beyond amazing!!! Me and my husband came in to find him another wedding band. Jeanette greeted us with care and she helped us find the perfect ring. She was very knowledgeable and was also training in the process. Very kind employee!!!! She made our visit nothing short of awesome.
It's nice to go out & shop through the great selection of clothes, make-up etc. Clearance is fanatics. Store is clean & arranged where items & departments are easy to find. Very friendly & efficient staff.
