It was a very costly and stressful mistake going there. I went for a toothache and let them convince me into getting invisaligns although two previous dentist referred me to a periodontitis who said I needed gum surgery, yet ISmile said the treatment was okay. Well I did that treatment, in addition to bonding work that chipped all off, and my teeth were moved incorrectly, where they are grinding and wearing down because they are stacked on top of each other. My dentist told her this and she refused to listen and correct it before my enamel started wearing, so now I'm paying $6,000 for orthodontist treatment because of the mistakes made there, yet they are still sending me a bill when I paid my deductible out of pocket and my insurance was charged as well at the beginningof the treatment, and I have the receipts. The damage done to my teeth by the wearing can only be fixed by veneers. This was a very expensive mistake, at least $100,000 just to repair damage done by trusting them. My husband needed gum surgery and they were just numbing him for cleanings. He had to go to Germantown for surgery to correct problems. The stress, anxiety, wasted time, wasted resources and incorrect billing is devastating for both of us.
