Paul Nixon, the FNP at the Getwell urgent care is literally the best provider I have ever encountered at an urgent care facility, he was attentive knowledgeable and professional. Great Job Paul!! And thank you to your staff as well they were all friendly and courteous!
Great location, plenty of parking, got seen about 20 min. Professional, courteous, respectful, listens. Check in easiest ever, and prescriptions filled while i was still there. Well worth 30 min trip from memphis on friday at 2pm. Yelp reviews i don't feel arw accurate.
Check in was a breeze. I'm use to being asked 100 questions just to register. Only required the basic with maybe 3 required signatures. Arrived with an allergic reaction. Total time from check in to discharge was 35 minutes. Provider was very knowledgeable. Nurse staff very friendly & patient. I arrived a hour before closing (Saturday) and didn't feel rushed at all.
