Was very satisfied with my experience at this Horn Lake location, so far , my first time I like this one better, because I didn't have to wait as long, maybe I went on a good day. The receptionist, nurse, and nurse practitioner was very professional.
It’s not the first time, I’d been here, different employees though. As before they were very courteous and knowledgeable. What I like most is the wait time is never long.
My visit to the facility was nice and easy. Wait time was a little longer than expected with very few patients in the waiting room. Once in a room in the back care was swift and precise. Very nice front and back of the urgent care were very nice.
