I visited Getwell Urgent Care July 5,2025. My 1 yr old was having nasal congestion. I arrived at 9:00 am and was out the door at 10:00 am. I was greeted by Shameka the receptionist with Grace, smile, and professionalism. Shameka assisted us on the online site to get a spot in line. Once I completed the online check in, I used there kiosk to let them know we have arrived. Once I checked in on the Kiosk, I was then greeted by Kim to triage us. Kim greeted us with a smile, concern, and warming energy. In order to be able to have a 1 yes old to act right during triage is a gift and Kim has that gift. My baby welcomed Kim into her space and allowed her to do her duties. Nurse Linda was the absolute best and gave me soo much knowledge and insight on what my baby girl was diagnosed with. She stepped into the room with positive energy, I needed it after having a restless night with a toodler. I say all this to say, I highly recommend Getwell Urgent Care Southaven, Ms. Their establishment is clean, professional, Proficient, and welcome you with concern, care, and Grace.
What a blessing!!! I had a fingernail to break off and it fell into my ear canal. I searched the internet for an urgent care center. I chose Getwell Urgent Care Southaven by the number of star ratings. I did not read the reviews. I first called and explained what I needed. I was given instructions concerning reserving an appointment online. I have had the most awesome experience. I received a text as promised that said I was third in line and can start heading that way. When I arrived they were there waiting for me. From the front desk, to the nurse assistant, to the doctor the service was excellent!!! The customer care and concern appeared on every level. It was also obvious that every employee loved working at Getwell Urgent Care Southaven. When employees love the job and love their employer that joy will overflow to the customer base. They made me feel like family🤗🥰. Getwell Urgent Care Southaven thank you!🙏🏽
