My computer needed immediate attention. I have a contract with the Geek Squad at Best Buy, but I could not get an appointment for 3 days! I ran to Dr Osdick's, they stopped what they were doing and in about 15 min had my laptop up and running! Bless their professionalism and kindness!

Outstanding knowledge and service! Jim and Shari are equally knowledgeable and willing to explain everything. They got me a better price on a new high end video card than any online store and WAY better price and installation charge than any other brick and mortar service group that I asked. They had the part in store and replaced it for me while I waited (about 1 hour). I will definitely use them again. They couldn't stay in business for over 27 years unless they were honest and knowledgeable. Terry
