“All I can say is Wow. After having a not so great experience at a previous salon, I continued my search for another hairstylist. Seeing both Whitney and Suzy’s photo gallery and positive reviews, I called to make an appointment. It was a bit of a short notice, but Whitney called me back the same day and I was able to get an appointment with Suzy.

What I loved was Suzy followed up with me before my appointment to get inspiration photos, and a photo of my current Hair. That was important to me because I knew she wanted to be prepared for the appointment.
Long story short, I came in with roots grown out, brassy, damaged hair and a bit nervous, due to my last experience at a different salon.

She was focused on wanting to make sure what technique, hair color etc she was going to use on me. Omg. The end result was amazing. I completely trusted her and she did not disappoint.
