Dowdle & Powell Heating & Air provides professional, knowledgeable, and kind service. They are quick and friendly, getting to homes fast after a phone call. The company offers good professional service at a decent price, without wasting time. They answer the phone, return calls, show up, and communicate issues before doing the job. Customers have used them twice and are very happy, finding them a solid choice at an affordable price who do not create new problems. The team made it work to fix a heat issue same day when a weekend without heat was a problem, impressing with customer service. Initial response took about 4 hours, but once contacted, they were quick to evaluate the HVAC problem, ordered a new Trane A-Coil unit, and completed installation within two days of the part arriving. A sizeable crew finished the work in about 3 hours, offering good service and appreciated help.
I have used this company twice already and I’m happy I found them. They are quick and friendly. They will also advise if you need to change something else in the unit and what works best for you.

I called on a Friday afternoon and made an appointment for a Tuesday to have a piece replaced so that our heat would function properly. When these wonderful people found out we wouldn’t have heat over the weekend they made it work so that it could be fixed same day. I’ve never been so impressed with a company’s customer service.
