Brad was very professional and quickly diagnosed the problem. He even took the time to show me the issue and explain how it was affecting my system, he gave me detailed pricing and a timeline for the work to be completed. He gave me an estimate and told me my payment options and was very knowledgeable and as a plus he didn't mind my dog that was pushy for head scratches, an overall pleasant experience!
