After reading previous reviews, I must admit I wasn't expecting a call, much less a repairman to show up for warranty repair on my Maytag washer. But was I ever surprised. The lady who answered the phone could not have been more polite. The repairman called as promised when he was on his way, and was exceptionally educated in finding and fixing the problem with my washer. He even noticed the top of my Maytag dryer was not fastened down as it should have been when delivered, and he took it apart and fixed it also. Kevin and his team are awesome! I’ve used them several times and will continue to use them. They are always very kind and they have always taken care of what I needed to be done! Would definitely refer them to anyone!

We called Tutors to replace our A/C and had the best experience. We were leaving town at the time and they came and assessed the situation when every other company required us to be here. They came out the first possible chance and had our whole indoor and outdoor unit replaced in less than a day. And at a better price than I was originally quoted from a competitor that worked on the unit a month prior. Cannot thank them enough for how quickly and efficiently they worked for us!
