Lapels is the best, providing excellent service with very friendly and courteous staff. They do a good job on casual clothes, suits, and dress clothes. The facility is clean, and the staff is helpful and friendly. Lapels fulfilled a request to get items back quicker than first estimated. Clothing came back smelling fresh, pressed correctly, and neatly hung. Lapels uses cleaning solutions that are environmentally friendly. The gold standard of customer service is delivered, with staff who go above and beyond to make every interaction feel personal and genuine. They remember names, greet with a warm smile, and are efficient and kind, taking pride in their work.
Lapels was able to fulfill my request to get my items back to me quicker than was first estimated as I was traveling out of town. Facility is clean and the staff in Saltillo is helpful and friendly! My clothing came back smelling fresh and all my items were pressed correctly and neatly hung. I did not realize Lapels uses cleaning solutions that are environmentally friendly… that is a plus! 😃
