I called Richie at 7 p.m. on a Friday evening when I got home after an afternoon thunderstorm and found my service line hanging low and part of the equipment pulled off of the house. I sent him photos and he realized that it was just the apparatus that holds the service line to the house that had been pulled away. He could have sent his crew out and charged overtime rates to fix it. Instead, he advised me to call Entergy about a low line, anticipating that they would see the problem and fix it, free of charge. I purchased a vintage Record player in hopes of incorporating it into my home entertainment system. The project became way more then I was capable of. A friend referred me to Richie and I had him take on the project. The end result was much more than I had hoped for. The vintage console was updated to all the latest capabilities including Bluetooth and has become the centerpiece of our home sending crisp sound to every room in the house and even outside around our pool area. It’s transformed the entire feel of our home. They completely exceeded our expectations! We highly recommend them for your electrical needs!
