“I called Richie at 7 p.m. on a Friday evening when I got home after an afternoon thunderstorm and found my service line hanging low and part of the equipment pulled off of the house. I sent him photos and he realized that it was just the apparatus that holds the service line to the house that had been pulled away. He could have sent his crew out and charged overtime rates to fix it. Instead, he advised me to call Entergy about a low line, anticipating that they would see the problem and fix it, free of charge. It happened just the way he said. This review is the only compensation he's getting for helping me out of a jam. This is not the first time I've called on RS Electric. I had a similar incident about a year ago, when a tree limb pulled the line down and did more extensive damage to the equipment on the house. They fixed it and got me back and up and running. If a tree attacks your electric supply, I can highly recommend RS Electric.
