I took my mom for her eye exam. The saff and Doctor were nice and pleasant to work with. They listen and allowed to to help in the communication process. This was important because my mom had a stroke and can't communicate effectively as she did before the stroke. With that the Doctor was able to find the best solution to help my mom failing eyesight.
Just had to share my recent experience at PECA, Ridgeland MS. Recently I had been initially referred to another PECA location for optical fittings and frames. That experience was a total trainwreck. I took a chance and called the Ridgeland PECA to explain my past experience and issues and WOW what a welcome surprise and understanding staff !!!! My special thanks go to Sarah and Christian for their kindness, understanding, and drive to make sure the customer is happy with their new glasses and frames. My experience at this location was a friendly, professional and I didn't have to wait a long time. And the eye doctor has great bedside manner. I highly recommend this location
