Not only do they provide exceptional service for regular appointments, they go above and beyond to get us in quickly for unexpected visits and also ensure our girl Millie has a great stay at the Bed and Biscuit when she needs some time away from us ;) When we had to bring our dog Lucy in in 2020 to have her put to sleep (Dr. Z had taken care of her from 10 weeks old), the staff was incredibly kind and let us have all the time we needed to say goodbye - on a Saturday. Dr. Zieren was very compassionate, as was his staff that day. They know your pets and love them! Wish I could give more than five stars!“
