I have been a customer for 6 years and I had to skip several months because I just don't have the same income. So I trimmed my list of things to do. I skipped the rabies shots, Bordatella and Brevecta. I was sure that my bill would be a hundred or so less. IT WAS THE SAME AMOUNT and it was emailed instead of printed out and given to me. I'm looking at it now and see that I was charged for a bathroom accident, nail trim is now $11.99 and that's okay but they don't have Brevecta anymore and charged me $6/prescription. I had no idea that I would be charged for writing prescriptions. C'mon now! I absolutely LOVE this place but it's just too expensive.
Dr Sturdivant is the best vet. Cured my young boxer in a week once after him being sick a whole year under another clinic’s care…. Cried with me when one of my old dogs got heart worms, they show love to my rescue mutts from the first visit.
I have had great professional and caring services from all the doctors and staff. This clinic is the first clinic that I have used where my time is not abused by having to wait forever to see a doctor for my scheduled time. I also had a great experience when having my 7 newborn cocker Spaniels puppies dew claws removed and tails docked which is a time sensitive procedure.
