Summary: I was very impressed with the honestly, integrity, and transparency of this company.

Issue: My Generac home generator was leaking and the company that installed it went out of business. I called several preferred providers and the interaction with McInvale stood out.

They were very professional and polite on the phone so I scheduled an appointment. The Tech was knowledgeable and courteous. He quickly diagnosed the problem and confirmed what I suspected. The parts were on back-order and they took a while to arrive during the holidays. The repair was scheduled and completed by the Tech with minimal down time.

Excellent service. Thank you Bryce for coming out to check my air conditioning unit. I had spent a few hot nights in this house until I finally called a friend for a recommendation. She said that McInvale had done many repairs for her office air conditioning needs. Now, everything is working the way that it should. I will definitely use this company for my yearly service checks as I would like to keep my air conditioning in good working order. I highly recommend this company to help you keep your air conditioner running throughout the hot Mississippi summer.

This is my 4th time using this company and have received nothing but fantastic service from them each time. On this 4th time, I received same day service for a failing A/C outdoor unit capacitor. In June, it gets hot quick and the tech quickly diagnosed it, replaced the part and made sure it worked before leaving. My family and I slept comfortable on a hot and humid night thanks to the tech!
