I was advised to get an appt with Dr Glover for my sisyer that had spent a 10 day and a nine day in St Dominic and was still in grave condition. We went to the appt and I was amazed at the concern and care. This doctor actually got down nrar the floor to check and listen to her feet that were tight swollen. She looked at all her meds and after seeing new and older bloodwork changed so no conflicts and used more kidney friendly drugs. DR Glover and her nurses are amaxing! I have taken family to alot of doctors in my life and Dr Glover is the ultimate professional, knowledgeable, and caring doctor I have ever witnessed. She is making a strong difference.

If you’re trying to set an appointment as a new patient good luck! I called a week ago to set an appointment with Dr. Veerisetty. I was told they would take down my information and call back within a week. I found that odd but didn’t think too much of it. A week passed and I hadn’t heard back from them so I called back and was told that Dr. Veerisetty has to look over the information and schedule a time for a patient to come in and that she hadn’t gotten to my information due to her being out sick for a week. Her being sick is quite understandable but what I can’t seem to understand is what doctor has time to go over new patient information to schedule them? What’s the purpose of having a receptionist and front office staff if the doctor is just going to schedule patients? That makes no sense at all. Definitely will choose to go elsewhere.

My first experience with Dr. Veerisetty was great. Now that she is gone for a while, I have not had the best experience. I waited nearly an hour to be seen. My bloodwork results were incorrectly relayed to me, and the staff was not apologetic about it at all nor did they provide a resolution. They also did not run specific tests that I was told would be ran. There is a lack of professionalism that needs to be addressed. This was a very unfortunate experience.

The staff is very rude. Especially the receptionist. she talks rudely with an attitude, and constantly puts you on hold for no reason, she will not going to inform you that she will put you on hold, you're still talking and she put you on hold. And when you go to the clinic for visit she doesn't treat the patients well. Worse experience I have ever encountered. I do not recommend.

Wesley Granger, MD is the best doctor I have ever seen in my life. I true feel like he cares for his patients and he goes out of his way to call you and help you anyway he can. A true gentleman and he is very funny with his jokes.
