Everyone was extremely nice! I am a previous patient of the Carter/Sledge Clinic . I had been a patient of his for over 19 years . So I was a little nervous about changes. I can say I have watched the staff change but the professionalism, knowledge and more over the personality and politeness has NOT! Yes 5 stars for my prep for new crown , temporary crown placement and sizing for partials on yesterday! Dr Weeks is all right with me!
The practice was in network for my Mutual of Omaha policy. I had no prior experience with them. Dr. Sledge and Bonnie were very pleasant and kind. I had not been to a dentist in quite a while. They did not make me feel embarrassed at all. She provided camera images of the inside of mouth and x-ray images too. I was certain that the recommended work was necessary. The price was very reasonable for the work I needed. I highly recommend Dr. Sledge.
