I really like Dr. Burns. The lady with the glasses and blonde hair was very rude to me. Honestly I don’t know much about the chain of command in dentistry, but one day I saw a commercial about Lumineers. I knew that Dr. Burns didn’t do this type of work and I was curious. Anyhow I went in to see the process, keep in mind I had no intention of leaving Dr. Burns. My visit was just out of curiosity. Which I think was misinterpreted, as if I was ditching my bill. I honestly think Dr. Burns would’ve been my all time favorite dentist! He is really a phenomenal dentist, a great guy, understanding and easy to talk to. I always enjoy the service here with the staff at Dr. Burns dental office. My dental hygienist, Frances is superb in her service, and friendliness. I always enjoy the visits. Dr. Burns is my favorite also.

If you look for expertise and customer service, Dr. Burns is the best dental care physician you can find. It took me some time to find a quality provider like him, and have not considered changing ever since! Top notch!
