Detailed report and excellent service
One of the most... no. THE absolute MOST thorough inspection of anything I've ever seen, and I did time in the military! John found some issues I knew about, discussed them in great detail and brought to light others that I was unaware of. He linked many of them together, and offered advice on an order of repair to get the place up to spec. 3550 Sq Ft plus the hours he spent outside assessing drainage. Took him from 8am til after 4pm working solid. I have the most detailed report I could imagine with imaging detecting moisture and temperature patterns/presence. We are in the process of purchasing a home in Mississippi from Michigan. We had our inspection here in Michigan on Saturday and John did our Mississippi inspection. Holy smokes!! What a difference. John's inspection was so detailed and thorough. He spent 3 hrs inspecting and the report I received was phenomenal!! Not only did he highlight the concerns but explained the possibile causes AND the solutions. Meanwhile the inspection here took about 45 minutes and he did not check a quarter of the things John did. I HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend Southern Eagle Inspections. You will not regret it.
