John found some issues I knew about, discussed them in great detail and brought to light others that I was unaware of. He linked many of them together, and offered advice on an order of repair to get the place up to spec. 3550 Sq Ft plus the hours he spent outside assessing drainage. Took him from 8am til after 4pm working solid. I have the most detailed report I could imagine with imaging detecting moisture and temperature patterns/presence. Each finding was expanded to include discussions of problems associated with the findings and several possible causes of the issues. He drove all the way from near Hattiesburg to the furthest corner of the State near the Alabama line, and charged the same rate he would have charged someone living down the street from him in a 1500 square ft home. I feel like I kind of ambushed him with the extent of my issues. He handled it like a true professional and never cut a corner. As a matter of fact, I'm going to send a little care package his way in appreciation for the long trip amd entire day of tedious work. He could have done 2 inspections closer to home in this time frame, and it takes a truly dedicated professional to take care of his clients before thinking of himself.
